Origin
The Mas Olivier dominates the Faugères appellation because of its geographical situation and also its reputation. The terroir is exposed to the South, on platy mineral layers called « Schistes ». It gets benefit of the Mediterranean climate with cold nights.
Grapes
40% Roussanne, 20% Marsanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 10% Vermentino.
Food pairings
Fish terrine, asparagus, pan-fried artichoke with smoked salmon.
Tasting
With its robe of gold and green gleams, its expresses without shyness: floral notes and candied fruits. Ropy and generous mouth with a thirst-quenching finale with citrus aromas.
