Origin

Mas Olivier vineyards have managed to preserve, among holm oaks and arbutuses, a few rare plots planted with deeply rooted old vines. They carry on producing generously magnificent and delightful hand harvested grapes.

Winemaking

The varietals of the appellation have been vinified in accordance to the proper rules and they take part in the assembling of that "Originelle" cuvée. During the two years of ageing before bottling, the wine has not been subjected to any treatment of any kind. It has been aged in our wine cellar, sheltered from the light according to our elders’ method.

Tasting notes

An opulent nose with red fruits aromas leads to a generous and ample taste in the mouth characterized by licorice, spice and black berries aromas. Soft tannins witness a refined growing and open on to a mellow and silky structure.
