Winemaking

The entire harvest is destemmed. Traditional vinification then vatting for 21 days.

Food pairings

Try it as an slightly chilled aperitif. Perfect for delicatessen products and barbecues, our wine is best served at 18°C. 

Tasting

This Petit Olivier Merlot is dressed in a beautiful deep cherry red robe bringing to light intense notes of red berries. The melted tannins develop an elegant and supple finish revealing the freshness of the fruit.
